Dr. Eric Allenbaugh’s 3-day “Leadership Mastery” workshop will explore best practice principles and tools designed to assist you to enhance individual, team, and organizational performance. This engaging and participatory workshop will provide you with both insights and pragmatic methods to make a positive and sustainable difference in your organization. The course objectives include:
- Building clarity of mission, vision, and values in mobilizing people and other resources to achieve extraordinary results.
- Empowering others with accountability to function at their best in service to the team, the organization, and their customers.
