Mark your calendars for yet another high-value, DOP workshop focusing on “Performance Coaching: Creating Giants of Others.” This two-day seminar will actively engage you in the exploration of tangible tools to be both “tough on issues and tender on people” as you coach others to enhance their performance. You will learn “straight talk” tools, coaching methods, and how to gain rapport with and influence others who have different styles.
The course objectives include:
- Applying coaching strategies to enhance individual and organizational effectiveness.
- Communicating more effectively in dealing with sensitive issues and conflict situations.
- Creating a climate that fosters safe feedback and growth for both the individual and team.
- Identifying the style differences of others and communicate with them under both favorable and adverse conditions.
- Linking individual and organizational vision and values.
- Applying coaching tools to reinforce exemplary performance and deal with performance issues.
