Dr. Eric Allenbaugh, developer of the INTERACT Personal Strengths Profile, periodically offers a Train-the-Trainer Certification Workshop for qualified internal and external consultants. This four day, high-value, dual certification workshop provides certification in two critical areas:
- INTERACT Profile
- Performance Coaching
The hands-on workshop will provide you with a wealth of new resources to develop both internal staff and external clients. As a result of becoming certified in the Allenbaugh Coaching System, you will qualify to:
- Teach performance coaching workshops to internal and external client groups,
- Facilitate coaching clinics for those seeking to enhance their coaching skills,
