Dr. Eric Allenbaugh, developer of the INTERACT Personal Strengths Profile, periodically offers a Train-the-Trainer Certification Workshop for qualified internal and external consultants. This four day, high-value, dual certification workshop provides certification in two critical areas:

  1. INTERACT Profile
  2. Performance Coaching

The hands-on workshop will provide you with a wealth of new resources to develop both internal staff and external clients. As a result of becoming certified in the Allenbaugh Coaching System, you will qualify to:

  • Teach performance coaching workshops to internal and external client groups,
  • Facilitate coaching clinics for those seeking to enhance their coaching skills,
  • Expand your coaching and facilitation tools support optimal individual and team performance,
  • Augment your consulting and training "tool kit" to provide additional resources to your clients,
  • Open up new consulting, training, and even career opportunities,
  • Enhance your value to your external or internal clients, and
  • Position external consultants to acquire new clients and new revenue sources.

Part 1 Certification: 
Become an INTERACT Personal Strengths Profile Trainer to facilitate:


  • Coaching individuals to enhance performance and relationships

  • Enhancing leadership effectiveness
  • Resolving interpersonal conflicts through better understanding of differences

Part 2 Certification:

  • Creating a context for positive performance coaching
  • Utilizing performance feedback strategies and techniques

  • Individual and executive coaching
  • Team and peer coaching

Recertification?


If you are already certified in the Allenbaugh Coaching System, you may become recertified through any one of the three following options:

  1. Participate in the 4-day core certification process at a discounted fee of $1,200,
  2. Participate in a 1-day refresher with six or more other previously certified Allenbaugh Coaching System trainers at a fee of $1,200, or
  3. Participate in a 1:1, 3-hour coaching process with Eric Allenbaugh, Ph.D., at a fee of $1,200, either in his office or by phone consultation.

Who provides your coaching certification?


Eric Allenbaugh, Ph.D, personally conducts the certification process.  In addition to three decades of national and international consulting and coaching experience, Dr. Allenbaugh has had more than a dozen years experience in hospital administration.  This combined consulting and executive experience positions him to be a seasoned resource to you as you sharpen your coaching and consulting skills.
